Blood draws and breath tests have made defending DWI extremely difficult. However, it is important to hire an attorney as soon as possible as this type of charge affects your driver’s license status and you only have a limited time before you can ask for what is known as an ALR hearing. Despite blood draws and breath tests there are many ways to challenge the validity of the testing and the police investigation. Contacting a DWI attorney is the best practice to taking steps towards winning your case or at least, mitigating the damage.
